All our products are made on-site daily and with our own recipes. Our portions are large and served on hot plates.

Our restaurant originated over 10 years ago before other so-called “Fresh” Mexican chains copied our successful concept. Browse our menu and you’ll immediately see the difference. We prepare your favorite Mexican dishes with a twist. We use only the highest quality foods with generous portions that are value priced. Notice our attention to the quality- selections only use fresh boneless skinless chicken breast marinated and charbroiled. The leanest cuts of charbroiled steak and pork are specially chosen and prepared to meet our highest standards. None of our food ever contains lard, artificial flavor enhancers or preservatives.  Our unique salsas are prepared fresh. All our authentic recipes are selected for natural flavors that urge you to come back for more. Each of our own salsa's and guacamole are hand made. Fresh product is delivered to us, washed and prepared with our special blends of spices to give you a choice of mild or spicy flavors. Offering these salsa's are very labor intensive, but you can immediately taste the difference from pre-packaged or can condimends used elsewhere.
